Yes, we had air conditioning installed in May 2023.
We are limited to the amount of visitors per session due to our health and safety policy. Each full paying child’s admission includes one free adult.
Yes we have a disabled toilet and baby changing facility.
We sell a selection of hot and cold drinks, delicious cakes, homemade lunches including toasties, paninis and childrens picnic boxes. We also sell a variety of adults and childrens snacks, which include options suitable for dietary allergies and intolerances.
Due to hygiene reasons please ensure you and your child wear socks in our play areas. However if you forget we have a selection of socks to buy for £1 a pair.
Yes, although transactions under £3.00 will have to be paid in cash. We are unable to accept American Express.
We have limited space to store buggies so if possible please try and avoid bringing your child’s buggy. As we are located on the first floor we do have a designated lockable buggy shelter on the ground floor underneath the stairs. Please be aware that all buggies are left at your own risk and Imagination will not accept any responsibility for any loss.

If you have booked a play session your ticket will not be refundable. However with a minimum of 24 hours notice we can swap your booking to an alternative date. Party deposits and balances are both non refundable once paid.
Our staff are first aid trained and we have a first aid box on the premises. Please notify us of any accidents/ injuries so these can be recorded in our accident book.
Yes our staff have up to date DBS check.
Imagination does not accept unaccompanied adults (adults with no children) into the centre.
You may provide your own food for a party but this must either be in food boxes or on platters. All the party food must be cold.
We have tables and chairs for the children to sit on in the café area.
